Happy Easter

Happy Easter

It's a beautiful day here to celebrate Easter and the coming of Spring.
Busy week with my little ones keeping them busy.  They were so excited for Easter.

So here's what we did last week.

Chicks
These are little foam chicks that I picked up at the Dollar Store.  We glued them onto a craft stick to make them into a puppet.

Bunnies
Simple paper bag bunnies.
The kids loved stuffing them and then made them hop all around the play room.

Easter Suncatchers
I used some clear sticky back plastic and the kids covered it with tissue paper squares.
They look pretty when hanging in the window.

Wooden Bunnies
I found these adorable wooden bunnies.  I glued a large craft stick on the back and the kids coloured them.
I sprayed them with a coat of sealer so they could go outside and be used as a plant stake.
We wrapped them up to give the parents for Easter.

Easter Card
This is the cute card we made for Easter for the parents.

Easter Basket
A simple Easter basket we made by folding a paper plate.
We used them for our Easter egg hunt!

Pop Up Easter Bunny
This was a cute and fun activity and the kids loved it.

Bunny Snack
We made these from Crescent Rolls.  Added some raisin eyes and a small red candy nose.

Ring Toss Game
For our little Easter party and to go along with our Easter egg hunt, I found this cute little game at Dollarama.  It is an inflatable ring toss.  You wear the ears as a hat and everyone gets a turn to throw the rings.  I went first of course, boy, did we ever laugh.  All the kids wanted a turn after that...so fun.

Thanks so very much for coming by and taking a look.
