Apples and Fall Leaves

 Welcome

Fall is here and the warmer temperatures we have been having are lovely.

Once again, we have been busy creating with our Apple Theme and our Fall Leaves Theme.

The kids really enjoyed both and picking up leaves has been a real thrill.

So, here's what we did the last couple weeks.

Apple Sun Catchers

I got the kids to stick tissue paper onto some contact paper and then we added the apple outline.

Apple Trees

The were simple paper tubes and added the apples to the top.

Apple Books

In the pages of our books we learned how an apple starts as a seed and grows into a tree.

Squirrels and Back to School

 Welcome

I've been gone for awhile, took some holidays, long weekend and been busy with a new child and some of my kiddos getting back to school.

I just can't believe how fast the summer went by...feels like I blinked and here it is feeling like Fall.

Anyways, we have been keeping busy creating.

So, here's what we've been up to.

Standing Squirrel

This was a fun printable found HERE.

I printed these off and the kids coloured them.

I cut out some construction paper shapes and the kids glued them together to create these cute puppets.

Cute School Buses

We used some popsicle sticks and some yellow corrugated paper to create these fun little bus puppets.

Another simple bus we made.

Pack Your Knapsack

We made these cute little backpacks.

Coloured the fronts and glued the pieces on the back.
